Allan Kaiser
Partner
Allan is renowned across the country for his expertise in obtaining jury verdicts in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases against the largest corporations in the world. In the last few years alone, Allan won over $50 million at trial for cancer victims against tobacco companies.
Prior to joining Tein Malone, Allan spent two decades as a nationally recognized federal prosecutor in Miami and Philadelphia, where he tried over 150 jury trials, winning almost all of them. He rose to become one of the most prominent trial lawyers in Florida for his innovative work prosecuting corrupt public officials and multi-million-dollar fraudsters.
Allan, Mike and Omar go back to the early 1990s, when Mike and Allan faced off against Omar in countless federal criminal cases. These old-time courtroom adversaries are now present-day partners, working together for the rights of the injured, under-represented and wrongfully accused, as well they should be.
